The Christmas season is a very special one in Bermuda.  It is a time for returning students and family members living abroad to reunite at candlelight dinners and vigils, the St. George’s walk-about or perhaps a boat parade.  What better way to add to a sumptuous feast than to arrive with my Christmas tray of cassava pie and cookies?
